Brighton has been on our books for years — the old J&E service list named it alongside Glenelg as one of our beachside regulars. Glass here works hard: salt haze drifts in off Gulf St Vincent well past the Esplanade, the afternoon sea breeze pushes fine sand into tracks and flyscreens, and a picture window facing the jetty can dull within weeks of a clean. Beachfront glass needs a shorter cycle than glass in the foothills, and we quote it that way — honestly.

Most of our Brighton work is domestic window cleaning for the solid brick bungalows and two-storey rebuilds between the Esplanade and Brighton Road — inside and out, with screens and frames taken off and washed so the sea grit goes too. For balconies looking down the jetty we also wash glass balustrades, which cop the worst of the spray.
