FAQ’s

Why do I need to Clean & Sanitize my Air-conditioner?

Does your Air-con have a smell when turning on? Does your chest or stomach feel irritated when it’s on? Is it not as economical as it was? Does your Air-con take longer to cool the room?

These are all symptoms of a dirty and clogged Air-con. Over time dust, mould and other particles settle in your Air-con and clog it up, making it less efficient and harmful to you and others well-being.

How often do I need to Clean & Sanitize my Air-conditioner?

The filters should be cleaned by the occupant every three months for optimum running.

Cleaning & Sanitizing of your Air-con will keep it mould free for a year. We recommend Cleaning & Sanitizing of your Air-Con every year, this will ensure the most efficient running of your Air-con and be the best for your health.

Is my Air-con really mouldy? It’s not humid in Adelaide!

Mould enters the home thru doors and windows, whilst mould is aggravated in humidity it also comes from wet areas in the home. Cold and wet winters are prime conditions for mould to grow. Usually the smell of mustiness is from mould.
